Of the over 180 events spread out over 10-day Art X Festival, one of my personal favorites was the Flagstaff Food Foraging workshop. The brain child of a local chef, a foraged food expert and a artist/musician/creative the team hosted several groups of area high-school students and worked through creating incredible dishes from wild foods found right in our backyards.
